About Me

With 15+ years’ experience, I help people regain power over their thoughts, emotions and choices.

Meet your Clinical Psychologist

I’ve developed a strong focus on OCD and related anxiety conditions. This came from seeing too many people arrive in therapy after years of unnecessary suffering—often misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or having received treatment that didn’t fully address OCD.

Alongside OCD, I also work with related difficulties such as panic disorder, body dysmorphia, health anxiety, and emetophobia, which often share similar underlying patterns of fear, avoidance, and uncertainty.

I hold a clear belief: people can live full, meaningful lives free from OCD. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to work toward genuine remission.

I specialise in OCD and related anxieties because I believe specialisation matters. By focusing my training, reading, and peer consultation on this one area, I can stay up to date with the most effective, evidence-based approaches and provide therapy that is both targeted and deeply informed.

Over the years, I have worked with the full range of OCD presentations. No theme is unfamiliar to me. I understand how distressing—and often difficult to talk about—these experiences can be. OCD tends to attach itself to the things that matter most, bringing thoughts and fears that can feel confronting, confusing, or even shameful.

In our work together, I don’t expect you to face this alone. I take a collaborative, supportive approach, working alongside you step by step. We go at a pace that feels manageable, and everything we do is something you understand, agree to, and feel ready for.

My aim is to create a space where you feel safe to be open and honest, without judgement. Many people come to therapy worried about how they’ll be perceived—especially with OCD. Being able to talk freely, and feel truly understood, is an important part of the process.

Together, we work toward helping you step out of OCD’s cycle and back into a life that feels like your own again.
