Psychology Late Cancellation Fee

Applies to all appointments cancelled within 24 hours
Non-attendance Fee
Invoiced at the standard fee for the booked appointment
Applies to clients who do not attend scheduled appointments and do not contact our clinic to advise that they will not be attending.
Administration
Invoiced in 10-minute increments at your clinician’s rate
Includes:
- Telephone calls
- Reports
- Completion of forms (Disability)
- Letters (Medical Certificates, Letters to schools)- per letter $40.00
